My dog is nervous. Can you help?

Absolutely. We book nervous dogs on quieter slots, take it slowly and never rush. Tell us what worries them when you book and we'll plan around it.

What if my dog's coat is matted?

Light tangles are fine. For heavily matted coats, we'll talk to you first, as a shorter, kinder cut is sometimes best. There can be a small extra time charge.

Do you need vaccination records?

Please make sure your dog's vaccinations are up to date, and bring your vet's card on the first visit.

Can I stay while you groom?

Our salon is a calm, one-dog-at-a-time space, so drop-off works best, but you're always welcome to pop in for a meet and greet first.
