Privacy notice
Fully Creative (“Fully Creative”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: Email us, 20 Hares Lane, Hugglescote, LE67 2EB.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form or free website check, we collect the details you enter (name, business, email, phone, website, message) to reply to you and prepare your quote or mock-up. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and legitimate interests.
Business contact information we collect
To offer website services to local businesses, we collect business contact details from public sources, such as the Companies House register, business directories and businesses' own websites and listings. This may include a business name, business email address, phone number, trading or registered address and website. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (promoting relevant services to businesses). We only email limited companies and LLPs at business addresses without prior consent, as UK electronic marketing rules (PECR) allow; sole traders and partnerships are contacted by post or phone unless they have agreed to email.
Every marketing email identifies us and includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you object, we add your email to a suppression list so you're never contacted again.
To tell a business how its website could be improved, we look at the public pages of its website (text, search-engine settings, speed and a screenshot of how it looks on a phone and a computer). We may use an AI model (run on our own computer, or a service provider acting on our behalf) and Google's PageSpeed service to help assess them. Only information already published on the business's own website is used.
How long we keep it
Prospect details are deleted after 24 months without a response. Client records are kept for 6 years after our contract ends for tax purposes. Suppression records are kept indefinitely so we can honour your opt-out.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help run the business: website hosting, email hosting, payment providers and the website-assessment services mentioned above (Google, and an AI provider if one is used). We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing (which we'll always honour), or restrict how it's used. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
