Terms of service

Plans and term

Website plans run for a minimum of 12 months from launch, then continue monthly until either side gives 30 days' written notice. Fees are paid monthly in advance by Direct Debit or card. Fully Creative is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.

December offer: for the first ten clients who sign by 20 December 2026 the setup fee is halved and the monthly plan price is fixed for 12 months from launch. After that, any price change needs 30 days' written notice.

What's included

Each plan includes the features listed on the pricing page, including a monthly allowance of changes. Unused change time doesn't roll over. Extra work, new pages, redesigns, e-commerce or integrations, is quoted in advance.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos and photos you supply. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your prices, claims and business information.

Ownership

Your domain name and your content are yours. The site design and code are licensed to you while your plan is active. After the minimum term you may buy the site outright, or leave and take your domain and content with you.

Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and keep daily backups, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law; otherwise liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Search rankings

Sites are built to Google's technical guidelines, but no one can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or enquiries.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
